Willow continued
I returned home after a joyful 3 days of stitching, glueing, cutting, laughing, shopping and eating, feeling refreshed and renewed. Having spent time with this wonderful group of like minded women, I feel ready to go back to the drawing board and work on new designs!!!
My view into the garden, finally bursting with spring, also makes my creative juices flow. Spring has been a long time coming this year...let's hope it's finally here!!!
Welcome to blogging Linda. I am sure you are going to love it.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy stitching your chessie designs and have several hanging in my home. I have been framing them all in beautiful black frames so they can all hang together. They look wonderful on the wall. The new "with my hands" design is going to be perfect for my next addition. I was thinking yesterday about getting a new cat when my BSN is finished in December. I think that I will have to stitch this in anticipation for that day and make the print area a little welcome sign to my new furry friend when he or she comes home.
PS. I so enjoyed having you visit with Mississippi River Sampler Guild in Dubuque several years ago. The sampler that you designed for us is one of my all time favorites of yours. It was perfect for us.
Welcome to blogging!...Just found your blog through thru Patti, what a wonderful time you all had. I look forward to following your blog. Happy Mother's Day. Have a beautiful day!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
